Job Description
TA Cabinetry is seeking energetic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our team. This is a primarily a remote role where you will be in the field, focusing on building relationships, securing new accounts, and maintaining existing ones. You will also spend some time in the showroom introducing our products to potential clients when needed. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, expanding our client base, and providing top-notch service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust.
- New Account Acquisition: Identify and secure new accounts to expand the customer base.
- Account Management: Sustain and grow existing accounts through regular follow-up and excellent customer service.
- Customer Visits: Conduct regular visits to customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Cold Calling: Perform extensive cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
- Product Introduction: Showcase and introduce our cabinetry products to potential clients in the showroom.
- Product Knowledge: Learn about our products in-depth and stay updated on industry trends and developments.
- Client Education: Teach clients about the cabinetry market, including product features, benefits, and industry insights.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the kitchen and bath industry.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new market trends and product knowledge.
- Proficiency in market research and analysis.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
