Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a Sales Development Representative, your role will involve:

  • Targeting Distressed Property Owners: Concentrate on reaching out to distressed property owners by effectively canvassing lists within our CRM.
  • Developing Client Relationships: Play a pivotal role in our approach by establishing and nurturing strong client relationships, ensuring sustained engagement and satisfaction.
  • Initiating Contact with Potential Customers: Proactively reach out to potential customers through strategic prospecting to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Guiding Leads through the Sales Process: Take charge of moving promising leads through the sales pipeline, connecting them with the appropriate salesperson, and coordinating in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
  • Follow-Up with Interested Prospects: Engage with potential customers who have shown interest but have yet to commit to progressing in the sales process, ensuring no opportunity goes untapped.
  • Continuous Skill Refinement: Actively work on honing your skills to enhance your overall performance, opening up additional income opportunities.
