Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Inside Sales
Representative to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will
play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business
opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing sales over the phone and via email.
This position is based in Cambridge Ontario and reports directly to the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Research and identify potential
customers within the assigned territory. Utilize various lead generation
techniques such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling to
create a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Sales Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective customers to
introduce our products/services, understand their needs, and articulate
the value proposition.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with
customers to understand their business challenges and objectives. Act as a
trusted advisor by providing solutions that meet their needs.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to
prospects via phone, webinars, and other virtual platforms. Clearly
communicate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our
offerings.
- Quoting and Proposal Development: Prepare accurate and timely price
quotations and proposals based on customer requirements. Follow up with
prospects to address any questions or objections and close sales.
- Sales Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments
to ensure seamless execution of sales transactions. Coordinate with the
customer service team to facilitate order processing and resolve any
post-sale issues.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities,
customer interactions, and sales pipeline (contacts, prospects,
conversations/action, sales generated). Provide regular reports and
updates to the Sales Manager on sales performance and forecasts.

Pay: $33,100.00-$69,215.23 per year
