Industrial Operations Manager

Our client, a leading manufacturer of customized air compressors, vacuum systems, blowers, and controls, is seeking an Operations Manager to be the linchpin of their non-sales operations. Working closely with the previous Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the service techs, parts, engineering, and service managers. Your mission will be to maintain the seamless operation of all service-related aspects of the company, embodying core values and bringing industry expertise and operational acumen to the team.


Operations Manager Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of service techs, parts, engineering, service managers, and other service-related personnel.
• Manage the hiring, training, and development of all service-related staff, ensuring a high standard of performance and professional growth.
• Maintain a strong attention to detail in all operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in every aspect of the service division.
• Uphold and propagate company values throughout the organization, ensuring a cohesive and positive company culture.
• Leverage your industry knowledge to improve operational processes and service delivery.
• Coordinate with the previous Operations Manager, who is relocating, to ensure a smooth transition and continued excellence in service operations.
• Utilize Six-Sigma or similar methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
