Spectrum Automation Systems provides automation solutions to customers, primarily in the automotive sector. We are seeking a talented and driven Outside Sales Representative with a Hunter Sales Mindset to lead and support growth in the Automation Industry.
The Spectrum Family has a track record of forward-thinking and excellence. We are looking for a proactive, performance-driven Sales Professional to manage our pre-existing book of business in addition to bringing new business to the organization. The ideal candidate for this position will be a hands-on leader capable of guiding the team while also managing customer expectations and relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Requirements:
- Proven experience new business technical manufacturing sales preferably in innovation and automation.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
- Excellent business development and account management skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify sales opportunities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license for outside sales positions

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
Compensation Package:
- Bonus opportunities
- Performance bonus
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- B2B sales: 5 years (Required)
- Manufacturing engineering: 5 years (Required)
