About the Job: The ISR position is a ramp-up position for a full commission sales role, the Account Executive. ISRs are provided with $50k base salary with 10% commission for 6 months. During this timeframe there is extensive training and on-the-job development of a book of business. We are looking for achievement-driven individuals who are seeking a challenging environment that offers truly fair compensation for outstanding results. CFF's commission structure is above the industry average, and it is uncapped.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow your book of business by calling into small businesses nationwide to assist them with their equipment purchase needs.
- Build relationships with equipment dealers across the country to create quality business partnerships.
- Develop and present financial solutions through qualification of the customer's needs, challenges, and potential.
- Consistently bring value-added solutions for your clients.
- Identify and close new business opportunities in the equipment finance sector.
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored finance solutions.
- Strong Pipeline Management to drive and consistently meet/exceed sales quotas.
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and our product offerings.
Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales
- Phone Sales Experience: Ability to effectively engage and close sales over the phone, demonstrating strong persuasive communication skills. Willingness to make 100 calls a day during the 6-month training period.
- Competitive Spirit: A drive to train, excel and win.
- Team Player: Strong ability to work within a team and contribute to group success.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, disciplined, and dedicated to continuous improvement. Proficient with MS Office and experience with CRM databases.
- Track record of success in negotiation and problem-solving.
- Ability to 'think outside of the box' to succeed.
