Bilingual Customer Service Representative for VELUX Canada Inc. (HYBRID)

About the Job
We have an opening for a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (French/English). This is a hybrid position that required to come into the office twice a week. This unique position includes a variety of tasks ranging from phone calls (customer service + Preliminary Technical support), Fulfilling orders using SAP Business One and following up on shipments etc. The ideal candidate for this position will be a well organized, self-motivated multi-tasker with previous customer service experience who has the right balance of ambition, enthusiasm and personality.
Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with existing and new customers on a daily basis over the telephone
- Administrative duties including order entry, order tracking, following up with Courier service
- Work events and attend training sessions as required
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience is an asset in any or all: Order processing, the home building industry, inside/outside sales
- Superior commitment to customer service
- Self-management and organizational skills
- Creative thinking and problem solving
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Strong presentation and telephone skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Available to work days and occasional evenings

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm with 1 hour for lunch
