We offer a base pay of $40,000/year + UNLIMITED commission! You could make over $100,000/year!
Job Duties:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the ammunition market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote our products and network with potential customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as production and logistics, to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay informed about new ammunition technologies and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the firearms or ammunition industry preferred.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to sales.
- Strong knowledge of firearms and ammunition products, including different calibers, types, and applications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other sales tools.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to industry events and customer visits.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
