Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a sales/partner role in the enterprise software or cloud space.
- 5 years of experience selling to clients in the enterprise cybersecurity or related domain expertise.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience carrying and exceeding strategic business goals in a sales role.
- Experience starting a territory from the beginning, and understanding the security ecosystem.
- Knowledge of product and solution market trends in cybersecurity and cloud.
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize sales activity.
- Ability to build continuous relationships with C-level executives across security/IT business units, and ensure customer success and adoption leads to customer expansion.

As a Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) Partner Manager, you will help us grow our Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Web Server (GWS) business by building and expanding relationships with core sellers and partners.
In this role, you will work with sales to deliver true business value, demonstrate product functionality, and provide a comprehensive overview of key business use cases. You will lead day-to-day relationships with our core sellers and partner stakeholders, leading with empathy, while identifying innovative ways to multiply your impact and the impact of the team as a whole. You'll partner with internal GCP Sales teams to grow their businesses and drive overall value for GCP.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Work directly with our core sellers and channel partners to penetrate as many SMB accounts with our GCP solutions.
- Own the enablement, alignment, and introductions for our core sellers and drive prioritization of our GCP portfolio across all sellers and corresponding channel partners.
- Construct and execute a territory development plan.
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Engineering, GCP, Customer Success, Channels, Product, and Engineering teams to understand the needs of the customer and provide excellent customer experience.
- Develop and drive pipeline, to manage cycles leading from generation to customer onboarding. Build and maintain relationships to influence long-term strategic direction.
