Responsibilities and Qualifications Our BDC (Business Development Center) Representatives are responsible for large amounts of inbound/outbound calls and emails daily.

Identify customer needs, provide information on vehicle inventory, research issues and provide solutions or alternatives. Effective communication and a positive attitude are top traits that Top Agents exhibit!

Automotive Internet Sales (BDC) Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • 1 year BDC experience, preferred
  • Bilingual is a plus

Automotive Internet Sales (BDC) Responsibilities:

  • Navigate our CRM tool used to track customer inquiries and take notes of customer records
  • Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention
  • Answer all calls in a prompt, professional and courteous manner
  • Manually input inbound phone inquiries in CRM with proper sources and schedule follow-up
  • E-mail, text and call all new customer inquiries in a timely fashion according to our process
  • Promptly follow-up on all inquiries and ensure all customers’ questions are answered
  • Interact with customers to identify their individual needs and opportunities for new/used cars sales presentation
  • Must meet all daily and monthly performance goals; phone up percentages, appointments set percentages, show and sold percentages
  • Work closely with BDC Managers and other BDC sales personnels
  • Stay informed about new products, features, accessories, etc. and other benefits to customers
  • Attend product and sales training as requested
  • Be able to create and maintain customer relationships Must arrive on time and be prompt to all shifts. Must remember to clock in and out for shifts and all breaks
  • Appointment setting experience a plus Great communication skills
  • Team player
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screens

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
