Addison James Foods, the premier sauce manufacturing plant in South Florida, is looking for a motivated and well-spoken Admin/Inside sales assistant to join our team!
The Admin/Inside Sales Assistant provides administrative support to the Director of Operations and will be responsible for numerous administrative duties including developing inside sales leads. You should be able to carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, answering phone, emails, etc.
To be successful, you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction.
Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience and drive.
Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation throughout facility.
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Develops administrative staff by providing information and educational oppotunities.
  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing orders for supplies.
Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opperunities.
  • Answering potential customer's questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Keeping up product and service information updates.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Explaing and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
