Position Summary
Equipment Experts, Inc. is looking to add an Outside Sales Representative (OSR) to our team in Lakewood, WA.
The OSR is a key contributing role that is responsible for sourcing, cultivating, and maintaining relationships of profitable potential and current accounts for the company. The OSR plays a crucial role: aligning excellent customer service with our internal need to deliver excellence safely. This position is highly collaborative, internally and externally facing, and requires a high level of customer service and communication skills.

Performance Objectives
- Reconcile customer expectations with EEI’s mission statement to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth, aligning with the company’s vision and objectives.
- Make 50-100 outbound calls a day and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain an insurable driving record to enable smooth transportation for customer visits and meetings.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to generate profitable business opportunities and maintain a consistent influx of incoming work.
- Establish and nurture customer contacts, focusing on building lasting relationships.
- Conduct a targeted number of meetings with new customers to showcase EEI’s value proposition and generate leads.
- Acquire new customers and expand EEI’s customer base to drive revenue growth and market presence.
- Contribute to the organization’s growth by achieving set targets for the value of closed orders.
- Monitor and improve the project management retention rate at six months to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Education and Experience
- Prior mechanical experience
- 3+ years’ of sales experience
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds occasionally.
- Wear required personal protective equipment as required.
- Sit for multiple hours at a time.
- Ability to move over equipment occasionally.

Schedule - Full time Position
- Monday through Friday, 7am - 4pm
Pay
- 62.5K base plus commission
