Position Summary:

The Sales Representative position is available for two of our three divisions - Band Shoppe and Superior Cheer. As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for designing and creating new uniforms, flags, and other custom items. You'll also help customers complete their look by selling stock items.

Responsibilities:

· Communicate with customers via phone and email to understand their needs and design preferences.

· Design garments and other custom items to best suit a customer's thematic vision.

· Convert customer-provided measurements into uniform sizes.

· Work independently, maintain an organized workspace, and collaborate with a team on larger projects.

· Key-in customer orders while simultaneously working on custom projects.

Requirements:

· Knowledge of marching arts and/or cheerleading is desirable.

· Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, navigate the internet, and learn new software as needed.

· Effective and strong communication skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and creative environment with a high level of detail.

· Polite and energetic disposition while communicating with customers and co-workers.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and creative environment.

· Ability to learn and maintain a working knowledge of a wide array of products.

Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm with extended hours in August and September. Paid travel to 1-2 conferences each year is required.
