We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Inside Sales Account Executive to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Conduct a minimum of 30 outbound calls per day to pre-screened, warm leads provided by the company.
- Educate families on senior care options and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales, with a track record of making 30+ outbound calls per day.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
