Associate Solutions Consultant
  • Do you have your G7 Certification? or understand colour management?
  • Do you have an aptitude for software implementation and trouble shooting?
  • Can you lead conversations regarding software solutions?
As an Associate Solutions Consultant, you will partner with Account Executive to provide pre and post sales solutions support.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead discovery meetings with Account Executives and customers; analyze customers application requirements and develop solutions recommendations
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand customers document work-flow and recommend solutions to streamline and improve customer processes
  • Conduct testing, product trials and provide proof of concepts
  • Perform product demonstrations either at our showroom or at a customer location
  • Implement Software Solutions
  • Conduct end-user software training
  • Partner with Account Executives in preparing quotes, proposals, and account reviews
  • Provide ongoing training to the Account Executives and to Service
To Succeed, You Will Need:
  • Post secondary education in the Graphics Arts field
  • 3-5 years of related work experience
  • Obtain or be in process of obtaining G7 Certification
  • Ability to assess client issues and identify necessary solutions
  • Strong computer and technical skills are required to use Onyx, Prisma, Colour management Software, and Work-flow Software
  • Excellent project and process management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and all aspects of client solutions projects
  • Experience with SalesForce
