Business Development Representative

Summary:

Fairhouse Insurance is a leading provider of personal lines insurance in the Memphis metropolitan area. We are seeking a Business Development Representative to further broaden our strong network of referral partners.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to establish and grow partnerships with real estate agents and Lenders, resulting in a steady stream of referrals.
• Regularly meet with referral partners to promote our insurance products and services, understanding their needs and how we can serve their clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within our CRM system.
• Achieve monthly targets of new insurance premiums.
• Provide feedback and market intelligence to the agency owner, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and appealing to both real estate partners and their clients.
• Represent the agency at industry events, networking opportunities, and other venues where potential partners may be present.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Experience in the insurance or real estate industry is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Self-motivated and driven, with a strategic approach to achieving sales goals.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
