Job Opportunity: Outside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

Drive new business development through proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Cultivate and expand accounts with existing clients.
Compile lists of promising customers from various sources.
Travel throughout the dynamic city of Dallas to solicit orders and maintain outstanding customer service.
Provide competitive price quotes, skillfully negotiate terms, and prepare compelling sales contracts/customer applications.
Complete thorough job site survey reports for both new and existing customer sites.
Generate periodic sales reports demonstrating robust sales volume and potential opportunities.
Exceed weekly-established customer-call quotas.
Record all customer and prospect contact information meticulously in proprietary software.
Transmit comprehensive reports to management on a weekly basis.

Qualifications:

Preferred, but not required: Previous business-to-business sales experience.
Thrive as a team player, be self-motivated, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to attend after-hours networking events and handle client calls during nights and weekends.
Possession of reliable transportation is essential for effectively reaching the customer/potential customer base.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive base salary with an OTE (On-Target Earnings) of $75,000 - $200,000 in the first year.
Average representative across tenures earns $175,000 annually.
Top performers have the potential to earn $250,000 and beyond.
