Job Overview: Outside / Inside Sales Representative
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive the sales of Engine Valve Seats services and parts. Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers to understand their business needs and objectives. Present and promote Tucker Valve Seat innovations to address customer operational challenges. Formulate and execute a sales strategy for targeted clients to drive growth and achieve sales targets. Partner with technical sales support to ensure successful sales execution and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Microsoft Dynamics daily. Commit to approximately 70% travel after initial training to engage with customers and support sales efforts.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum High School diploma or GED from an accredited school or institution with at least 7 years of experience in sales.
- Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships with customers.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Commitment to safety, customer service quality and to work in team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
