Job Summary
As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new or used vehicles at a dealership while providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
Duties
- Manage the sales process from start to finish, including qualifying leads, conducting test drives, and closing deals
- Maintain a deep understanding of the dealership's inventory and pricing structure
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Utilize sales pipeline tools to track interactions and progress with potential buyers
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Effectively communicate vehicle features, benefits, and pricing to customers
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and competitor offerings
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when following up with leads or scheduling appointments
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for engaging with a diverse customer base
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales, particularly in a dealership setting, is preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage leads, appointments, and paperwork efficiently
- Proficiency in basic math for pricing negotiations and financial calculations
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,885.35-$130,476.35 per year
