Sales Operations Specialist Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay – $110,000 to $130,000 annually

Sales Operations Specialist Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Preferred.
  • Experience with sales tech stack management, particularly Salesforce
  • Bilingual English / Spanish
  • Able to pass a drug test and background check

Experience – 5+ years of proven experience in sales operations, business analytics, or sales support management. Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, managing and motivating teams.

Sales Operations Specialist Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance Management: Evaluate team performance, provide training and coaching, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze sales processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop strategies to optimize efficiency and outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate clear communication across sales teams, other departments, and upper management, ensuring alignment and support.
  • Technology and Tools: Leverage CRM and database tools, introduce new technologies, and train staff to enhance daily operations and sales metrics tracking.
  • Customer Focus: Monitor retention metrics, improve customer loyalty, and uphold ethical practices in handling data and compliance.
