Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Location: Melbourne, FL

Base Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 (Competitive base salary + bi-weekly commission)

HireQuest Direct in Melbourne, FL is currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative who is eager to sell staffing services to the construction, warehouse, and light industrial industries. Previous experience in outside sales is not required; we are willing to train the right individual.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage in new business development through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Maintain and further develop accounts with existing clients.
Compile lists of prospective customers from various sources.
Travel throughout the assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers.
Quote prices, credit terms, and prepare sales contracts/customer applications.
Complete job site survey reports for new and existing customer job sites.
Prepare periodic sales reports demonstrating sales volume and potential sales.
Meet weekly-established customer-call quota.
Record all customer and prospect contact information in proprietary software and transmit reports to management.

Qualifications:

Previous business-to-business sales experience is preferred.
Must have reliable transportation to effectively contact the customer/potential customer base.
Availability to attend after-hours networking events and take client calls during nights and weekends.
