Sales Executive
Genemco is North and South America’s leading seller of used industrial refrigeration equipment, and our business is growing quickly. We are currently looking to fill the full-time position of a Sales Executive. You will have a very important role at Genemco! Selling equipment to customers all over the world! We are looking for closers that are willing to work hard and sell hard.
Our main products are large refrigeration and freezing equipment such as evaporative condensers, screw compressors, reciprocating compressors, evaporator coils, pumps, motors, tanks and additional large equipment/machines. Many of our customers are in Mexico, Central and South America and speak mainly the Spanish language.
As a full time Sales Executive, you will:
- Professionally communicate with customers in Spanish and English
- Speak and write fluently in Spanish and English using advanced business vocabulary
- Sell to Spanish and English speaking customers
- Close large deals with Spanish and English customers
- Sell more than your required sales plan and quota
- Knowledge of HVAC/Industrial Refrigeration products and service is a MAJOR plus
- Being mechanically inclined is a MAJOR plus

Responsibilities
- Learn Genemco products and how they work for customer projects
- Talk to customers and understand their needs (Spanish + English)
- Assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales objectives
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Quickly call customer leads
- Sell to assigned customers
- Call/visit/email new customers to grow your business
- Sell more than your sales plan
- Update all sales information in CRM
- Work with inventory and warehouse on product questions and customer visits
- Professionally communicate with all Genemco management and staff
- Effectively accomplish job tasks without needing direct supervision on all matters
- Perform all job-related duties as assigned
Skills & Experience:
- Speak and write professional, fluent Spanish (10+ years)
- Speak and write professional, fluent English (10+ years)
- Sales CLOSER - experience successfully closing large deals with customers (5+ years)
- Sales, negotiation and deal closing skills with a proven track record (5+ years)
- Sell to customers and prospects on the phone, in person and email in both Spanish & English (5+ years)
- Sell clearly and professionally in both Spanish and English (5+ years)
- Strong computer/internet skills including email (gmail) and word processing (google docs, sheets) (10+ years)
- HVAC, Industrial Refrigeration experience is a MAJOR plus
- Being mechanically inclined is a MAJOR plus
- Selling to Spanish speaking customers including Mexico, Central and South America is a MAJOR plus
- Positive attitude and interest in being part of an awesome, growing team

Schedule & Pay:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, weekends as needed for customer visits or special projects. Typical start time: 8AM. Typical end time: 6PM. Shift will be worked out with your manager.
- $60,000 to $140,000 (base + commission)
- Must pass a complete background check prior to starting work
- Hearne, TX (near College Station, TX)
