Babylon Builders is a full-service home and landscape design and construction company serving the California Central Valley and San Francisco Bay Area; including Stanislaus, San Joaquin, Sacramento, Alameda, Contra Costa, Sonoma, Butte, San Francisco, Santa Clara and San Mateo counties..

Requirements:

Knowledge of:

-all phases of landscape remodel

-carpentry (decks/pergolas/patio covers)

-covered patios

-outdoor kitchens

-sod and artificial turf

-irrigation

-plants

-retaining walls

-concrete/pavers (hardscape)

-plant/tree knowledge

-drainage, etc.

-gas lines

To summarize: this position requires knowledge of constructing/installing everything required from under the earth/soil (electrical lines, gas lines, irrigation lines, drainage) to above ground (what is involved in order to pour concrete, pavers, build a patio cover/pergola/decks, installing sod, soil prep, plants/trees), everything constructed outside.

Approximately 20-25 hours per week:

Initially, the salary will be $2,000 plus gas, plus 5% CONTRACT plus 10% of design sales.

Duties will include: telephone calls, canvassing new construction areas, emails, organizing computer files, photos, description of jobs, Driving to the consultations, taking measurements if necessary, pictures, detailed notes, using CRM.

I will provide estimates. Other responsibilities will be discussed. Areas will include, local, up through Sacramento areas and the Bay Area. After a 90 day probationary period, we will discuss when an increase in pay will occur, including end of the year bonuses.

Must be clean cut, articulate and absolutely no visible tattoos, no offensive tattoos allowed. This is a reputable company where we present ourselves in the most professional manner. Qualified employees will be rewarded as the company grows.

Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

We offer full service landscape design and construction and home remodel construction.

We will procure contracts with developers and government at which point we will cover both residential and commercial contracts with landscape construction to building homes and commercial buildings.

WE FOLLOW STRICT GUIDELINES AND DO NOT ALLOW DRUG ADDICTS, ALCOHOLICS, CRIMINAL OFFENDERS, HORSEPLAY, TARDINESS, INSUBORDINATION, ETC…WHICH WILL BE IN THE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT.
