POSITION OVERVIEW
dormakaba is seeking a Business Development Manager Safe Locks based in Denver, CO, Dallas, TX, Phoenix, AZ or Remote. Business Development Manager is responsible for the overall sales and profitability in the territory by developing a sales strategy to drive profit growth, maximize satisfaction of customers, and develop a consistent line of repeat business that delivers opportunities for expanded growth.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary 90,000$ - $105,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop a territory and account plans to develop financial institutions, financial and retail integrators, armored car providers, OEMs
- Drive sales development through in person and remote calls with clients weekly
- Attend and support tradeshow efforts to expand end user demand sales funnel
- Collaborate with dormakaba sales team to drive towards team financial targets
- Manage opportunities and forecasts in the CRM (Salesforce)
- Maintain current technical product-related knowledge and stay abreast of industry/territory trends
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- High School Diploma/GED
- 70% territory travel as required (including training and business meetings).
- 10+ years in a sales representative role
WHAT WE PREFER
- Bachelor’s, or Technical degree.
- 10+ years of industry experience
