Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Sales team to contribute to ongoing internal needs. In this role you will be doing in depth corporate research using the latest tools for business intelligence. This includes training and use of generative AI and AI agents to gather business intelligence. This position would be ideal for recent graduates who have college experience conducting business research or seasoned sales professionals who are looking to focus more on business intelligence and learning how to use the latest AI tools. This position is a full-time job based in our office at 635 & Coit Rd.
Role& Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on C-level executives (CEOs, CFOs, CMOs, etc.) across target industries to identify key decision-makers & potential sales leads
- Gather & analyze information on executive backgrounds, business priorities, & strategic initiatives to tailor sales outreach efforts
- Build comprehensive profiles for target executives, including details on their professional history, industry influence, & company roles
- Identify key business trends and shifts that could impact the decision-making processes of C-level executives
- Perform target market research to identify high-value companies & industries aligned with the sales team’s goals
- Maintain and update databases & Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (e.g., Salesforce) with accurate and up-to-date information on target executives & accounts
- Meet on a regular basis with the Director of Sales and Sales Teams to discuss research findings.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in business research, data analysis, or analytical role. College experience is acceptable.
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Proficient conducting in depth internet searches to gather business intelligence. Generative AI experience preferred, not required
- Proficiency using Salesforce is preferred, but not a requirement
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales platform
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize work and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
