Job Description
EBC Printing is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) in the Marketing and Promotional Segment of its business. This is an entry level position, and no prior experience is needed in promotional products or printing. The responsibility for this position is to generate presentations, quote and purchase orders along with supporting the outside sales representative. Maintaining and further building client relationships with existing accounts and help to meet monthly sales goals. Candidate should have excellent customer service, interpersonal communication, attention to details and organizational skills. Problem solving and computer skills will be necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Handle customer inquiries and concerns
· Provide information about the products and services
· Problem solving for customer needs and time frame
· Document and update customer records based on interactions
· Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
