You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Duties
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
- Leverage our tech stack to identify and connect with businesses that will benefit from our SEO, SEM, SMA and custom web development services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Attend local events, and deliver tailored proposals that highlight our solutions but more importantly, outline the benefits to the customer.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies and presentations that resonate with target markets.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable partnerships.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Find online courses related to sales and BDM that you will dedicate yourself to quarterly and be reimbursed for successful completion.
Experience
- Proven experience in business development or a B2B sales related field, demonstrating a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with market analysis techniques to identify potential growth areas.
- Proficiency in digital CRM and Pipeline management software is preferred.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$210,000.00 per year
