You will need to increase the store foot traffic through face-to-face interactions with potential customers by starting conversations with walk-by people, giving away free samples, demonstrating knowledge of cosmetic and skin care products, and providing an exceptional customer experience.

This position will require you to be a self-starter, sociable, energetic, and able to work independently and also as a part of a team.
