Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling, to generate new leads
- Qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening to determine their level of interest and fit for our products and services
- Schedule appointments and demos for our sales team to further engage with qualified leads
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and lead interactions in our CRM system
- Assist with sales and marketing campaigns, including follow-up calls, email outreach, and event coordination
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required
