As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you are responsible for generating new leads and business opportunities. The successful candidate should be comfortable and effective with prospecting, cold calling, qualifying, and setting up meetings over the phone, email & using Linkedin.
We consider BDRs to be our spearhead of the company. You are the first person to carry our solution to the world and you are the representative of our platform. You will take ownership of building your pipeline and generating opportunities for the Account Managers.
Responsibilities

- Generate new accounts by using your passion, knowledge & exceptional customer service skills
- Learn and uncover potential customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions
- Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide potential customers with a complete top-down facilities maintenance solution
- Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill potential customer needs with simple and intuitive solutions
- Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions
- The successful candidate should be comfortable and effective with prospecting, cold calling, qualifying, and setting up meetings over the phone, email, Linkedin
- You will take ownership of building your pipeline and generating opportunities for the Account Managers
- Own and run your outbound prospecting campaigns: emails, calls, social selling, whatever works to generate leads
- Follow up on various demand generation campaigns run by the marketing team to identify prospects
- Identify niches and come up with ideas for new campaigns
- Draw data-driven conclusions on results and lessons learned
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years BDR experience
- Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
- Customer service experience
- Experience in the facilities maintenance industry preferred
- Must be computer savvy with ongoing experience in Microsoft suite
- CRM (Aspire) experience desired
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent relationship-building skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
