The System's Depot is a national distributor of Burglar, Fire, CCTV, and Access Control equipment.
We have an immediate need for a Counter Sales Representative for our WINTER PARK, FL Branch.
The primary function of this position is to maintain and grow relationships with existing customer accounts and cultivate opportunities for new business development and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and build long lasting relationships with customer accounts and grow existing business through continual customer contact and development
- Assist customers with product application, quoting, and processing of orders
- Assist dealers by working with Product Management on system design and recommendations
- Develop relationships with Sales Reps of our primary Manufacturing partners to drive growth
- Follow up on potential leads, researching current market trends, and learning about new products in order to better serve our customers
- Develop a thorough understanding of ERP System with a focus on understanding sales history, data, and trends
- Document sales related activities in CRM
- Serve as a backup for Warehouse and Depot Express, as needed
Must have excellent computer skills, high sense of urgency, and first class customer service skills.
Prefer candidates who have knowledge of low voltage security products, installation experience, or with a technical background.
