Job Description

Join our dynamic and growing vegetation management and traffic management company as a Business Development Manager! We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager. This position will identify new clients through networking, cold calling and establishing and maintaining a network of public and private sector contacts in California and surrounding western states. In this role, you will be expected to identify and generate sales leads, write bids and proposals for clients. Also, will partner with management to identify, create and implement new and effective strategies for growing Community Tree Service, LLC's existing client base and footprint and will be expected to present and deliver on new marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identifying and generating new client leads through networking, cold calling, and establishing a network of commercial, residential and public sector clients
  • Client Service: Maintaining and servicing the existing client base to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Sales and Proposals: Writing bids and proposals for clients and scheduling work as appropriate.
  • Strategic Planning: Partnering with management to identify, create, and implement new strategies for growing Community Tree Service LLC's client base and footprint.
  • Marketing: Presenting and delivering new marketing strategies to enhance the company’s presence.
  • Professional Representation: Representing Community Tree Service, LLC at industry events/trade shows and with business contacts professionally, reflecting executive poise and presence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a sole producer role required
  • Prior experience working with commercial, residential and/or public sector clients
  • Prior experience working with a CRM required
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean MVR record required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
