About Us: Quality Candy and Buddy Squirrel are trusted names in premium chocolates and salty snacks, known for our tradition of quality and excellence. We are seeking a driven and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our chocolate candy products lines into seasonal gift catalogs, gift shops, and grocery stores with season candy programs. Additionally, we want to reach regional C-Stores and groceries with our gourmet popcorns and nut products.

Role Summary: As a Local Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships, securing new accounts, and driving growth for our traditional chocolate and salty snack products and maintaining current accounts. You will be the face of Quality Candy/ Buddy Squirrel throughout WI and neighboring states, showcasing our beloved products and ensuring strong placement and promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and secure new wholesale business.
  • Conduct product presentations, tastings, and promotions to drive sales and product visibility.
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional service, support, and product knowledge.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for building and maintaining relationships.
  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to meet clients and prospects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in confectionery or snack sales is a plus.
  • Knowledge of sales CRM tools and software.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
