We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Sales Representative (CSSR). In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, assisting clients with their insurance needs, and promoting sales of insurance products offered by our agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions to meet their insurance needs.
- Conduct policy reviews with existing clients to ensure their coverage remains adequate and up-to-date, while identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional insurance products.
- Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and claims processing, guiding them through the insurance claims process and advocating on their behalf when necessary.
- Proactively reach out to prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and referrals to generate leads and promote sales of insurance policies.
- Educate clients about insurance products, coverage options, discounts, and policy features to help them make informed decisions about their insurance needs.
- Collaborate with the agency owner and team members to achieve sales goals, meet performance targets, and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or insurance-related roles preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients.
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for helping others and achieving results.
- California Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
