Role Overview:

As an Independent Sales Representative with USA Magnum, you will play a vital role in expanding our customer base. This position requires robust persuasive abilities, superior communication skills, and a fervent aspiration for success. It is ideal for driven individuals who flourish in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate new sales leads independently, with a primary focus on new customer acquisition.

· Present and sell company products and services to potential clients.

· Thoroughly understand our products to effectively communicate their value proposition.

· Strive to achieve monthly sales targets, making a significant contribution to the company's revenue objectives.

· Build and manage a pipeline of new customers.

· Work alongside the sales team to strategize market penetration and business growth.

· Collect field feedback to enhance our product offerings and sales tactics.

· Technologically savvy, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and software.

· Excellent interpersonal abilities, comfortable with meeting new people daily.

· Resilient in facing rejection, capable of moving swiftly to the next opportunity.

· Persistent and not easily discouraged by prolonged negotiations or unsuccessful deals.

· Skilled in identifying and prioritizing high-potential prospects to optimize efforts.

· A strong desire to learn, grow, and adapt in a high-energy sales environment.

· Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $24,000.00 - $124,000.00 per year

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
