Join our Fairfield County team -- affiliated with our Park Avenue office!

Our Norwalk, CT team is seeking professionals to join our growing practice. Our representatives and advisors strive to understand their clients' goals and dreams in order to develop comprehensive solutions that will help their clients reach financial success.

Even if you have no previous finance experience, we will help nurture and develop your sales and planning talents through our top training program. Our training programs have been nationally ranked and awarded as top training programs throughout the country.

You will be given the flexibility to build your own practice while receiving support and guidance from our firm's exceptional network of financial specialists, training and educational programs, and mentors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build— Work to build a client base by growing relationships with your network and develop knowledge through the training and guidance from our leadership team, individual mentors, and a robust field of supportive professionals

Connect — Serve as the connection to your clients and our team. Present clients with the opportunity to protect and prosper, then drive them to action through expert perspective, influence, and recommendations with our financial planning team and specialists

Own— Take ownership of development and management of the business as you master your craft and build a team. Review and maintain client financial plans, continuing to provide advice and guidance

Grow— There's more than one way to build, grow, and transition your practice. As an entrepreneur with opportunities to become a specialist, lean into leadership, or join a team, you’ll find the growth that fits your vision and your business

  • College degree or equivalent professional work experience
  • Entrepreneurial ambitions
  • History of success in relationship-building or client-facing roles
  • Proficient critical thinking and communication competencies

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS:

We support our team with an excellent compensation and benefits package. Earn compensation through paid training, stipends, commissions, bonuses, repeat business and client retention.

Average annual earnings of $70K-$250K; based on 2015-2022 company average for representatives/advisors in the first 3 years. (See below annual average vs. top 25%)

Year 1: $52,000 - $106,000
Year 3: $103,000 - $202,000
Year 5: $139,000 - $289,000
Year 10: $234,000 - $490,000
Year 15: $341,000 - $790,000
