Multiple openings for Independent Outside Sales Representative. Successful candidates will develop and maintain prospect/customer sales within the lubricant industry geared toward different markets.

A value added / relationship approach to the sales process is helpful. If you are entrepreneurial and want to be your own boss and if you reside in one of the lower 48 contiguous continental states, then this is a great opportunity for you!

Preferred candidate is:

· Knowledgeable of the lubricant industry or have a willingness to learn.

· A disciplined and motivated self-starter who needs little supervision.

· Looking for a part time or full-time position.

· Energetic with plenty of determination to carry out a sales plan.

· Someone with a sincere desire to help people while being rewarded.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Contact prospective customers to determine their needs for our lubricant products. Provide information to customers about our products, applications, and benefits.

· Initiate frequent contact with existing customers to generate sales opportunities and leads.

· Build relationships and position themselves as a consultant to their business.

· Demonstrate concern for customers' long-term as well as immediate needs.

· Recommend and demonstrates the appropriate product per company policy.

· Follow up with customers current orders and delivery times.

· Aid customers in planning their purchases.

· Anticipate customer’s current and future needs.

· Keep updated on product knowledge and changes in the industry.

Job Requirements

· One plus years of experience preferred but not required.

· Current driver’s license and vehicle to travel to customer locations.

· Excellent organizational and communication skills.

· Experience in lubrication, industrial and heavy equipment a plus, but not required.

Compensation

· Commissions with bonuses and prizes.
