As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact by engaging with customers in person, helping drive brand awareness, and building strong customer relationships. Role & Responsibilities:

Engage with Customers: Act as the face of our clients’ brands at various events across the region, interacting directly with customers to introduce and promote products and services.
Build Customer Relationships: Connect with customers by identifying their needs and providing tailored information to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations, showcasing our client’s offerings in a way that captures attention and interest.
Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the products and services being promoted, as well as general knowledge of competitors, to offer well-informed guidance.
Answer Inquiries: Respond to customer questions and concerns professionally, ensuring each interaction is positive and informative.
Customer Sign-Ups: Register new customers and accurately collect essential data for our client’s systems.
Performance Tracking: Complete daily feedback reports, tracking your interactions and noting customer insights to share with the team.
