Position Overview: Join our dynamic team as an Industrial Inside Sales Representative and be the professional face of our rapidly expanding company. We’re seeking a dedicated individual with a robust work ethic and a passion for customer service excellence. If you have industrial customer service experience, a meticulous eye for detail and a talent for building customer relationships, this role offers the perfect platform to start from the ground up, enhance your technical sales acumen and custom fabrication product knowledge while advancing your career with us.

Specific responsibilities as follows:

· Counter sales and facilitate order fulfillment for walk-in customers.

· Responding to emails, web leads, phone calls and walk-in customers.

· Efficiently process orders from Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.

· Utilize the ERP system, SalesPad, for precise order management.

· Timely execution of purchasing requests.

· Presenting and selling value-added customization services and accessories

· Commit to delivering a superior customer experience with every interaction.

· Cultivate product and application expertise, as well as technical service proficiency through hands-on experience and pro-active learning.

· Prepare orders for shipping with proper documentation

· Strive to meet or exceed sales targets and perform additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications include:

· At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales or customer service within a wholesale distribution or manufacturing setting.

· Post-secondary certificate or diploma is advantageous.

· Proven organizational skills and efficient use of technology tools

· Exceptional customer service capabilities and a passion for fostering business relationships

· Composure and consistency in all customer interactions

· Outstanding communication, active listening and interpersonal skills, with clarity in written and verbal interactions.

· Competent problem-solving abilities.

· Mechanical knowledge in plumbing, mechanical installation or construction preferred

· Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

· Professionalism, punctuality, and the capacity to thrive in a fast – paced environment

Salary offer will be competitive, determined on applicant’s level of experience with the ability to grow based on performance. You will receive standard vacation of two weeks that increases with tenure. The position offers a benefit package which includes Dental / Extended Health / Long Term Disability / Life Insurance / Accidental Death & Dismemberment (ADD). Life/ADD & Long-Term Disability is paid 100% by employee so any benefits collected are free of income tax.
