Job Overview:

We are a growing real estate investment company looking for a motivated, independent, people-oriented Sales Representative to negotiate and close deals.

This job is NOT for someone who needs constant supervision, feedback, and direction. You will be given industry specific sales training and then be expected to launch yourself from there. You must be a decisive, forward thinker who can manage your time and follow up with leads, as we will not micromanage you.

If you are a GREAT salesperson you can earn $50,000 with us, and if you are a STAR salesperson, you can earn well over $80,000+. You do not need to have real estate sales experience or be licensed although that could be an asset. What will allow you the chance to get this job will be your enthusiastic resourcefulness and motivation to succeed.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
-Contribute to the success of the company by meeting and exceeding sales goals-Call in-house & some self-generated leads about their properties (We do lots of marketing and provide the leads)

-Setup in-home appointments to effectively evaluate sellers’ needs and suggest solutions-Research to create offers that is a win/win for sellers and the company-Effectively negotiate with sellers and overcome objections to get contracts-Record daily achievements to effectively improve future results

-Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies for company growth-Manage sales pipeline through CRM by tracking and following-up on opportunities-Attend weekly meetings and work with colleagues

-Attend weekly coaching and collaborating sessions -Be challenged to grow and think outside the box

Our ideal candidate would possess the following qualities:

  • 2+ years of direct sales experience (with an interest in real estate, construction/ renovations, or house-flipping) with clear target sales
  • Have strong initiative, work ethic, sense of accountability and a desire to succeed
  • Expertise with prospect follow up and management
  • Experience in working within a multifaceted business (preferably a small business environment)
  • The ability to systemize business operations
  • Excellent networking and phone skills
  • Strong organizational skills, problem solving skills and sales closing skills.
  • A desire to be a part of a growing business with long-term advancement opportunity.
  • A reliable vehicle and the ability and comfort in driving to appointments within 1.5 Hour of the GTA.
  • Be committed to personal and company growth and development
  • Be able to work a flexible work schedule that includes evenings and weekends
  • The ability to multi-task and work in a self directed environment
  • A good knowledge of basic construction and renovations

Here's what the ideal candidate would look like:

This person is teachable and always trying to improve themselves by reading books, watching videos, reading blogs or whatever means possible. A fast starter and able to use their people skills and talents to build a lasting career and grow with our company. Can follow instructions and is detail orientated.

Salary: $50,000 + Bonus/Commission Pay

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Flexible Evenings & Weekends as Needed

Logistics: Live in Greater Toronto Area, Have a drivers license and a reliable vehicle, You DO NOT need a real estate license (We don’t list houses for others. We buy houses for ourselves.)

Work Location: On the road
