Savens is on the lookout for a motivated, passionate, and clinically-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead new growth opportunities in the Northeast and Greater Boston Region. In this role, you will drive revenue growth, cultivate partnerships, and create new opportunities with local healthcare facilities and communities.

Strategic Market Analysis: Pinpoint and evaluate potential partnerships with Hospitals, Assisted Living Facilities, and Skilled Nursing Facilities within the designated territory.
Engaging Proposal Development: Craft compelling, tailored proposals that showcase Savens Homecare's outstanding value and services.
Building Lasting Relationships: Forge and sustain solid, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in skilled nursing facilities, establishing yourself as a reliable partner in Homecare services.
Achieving Targets: Establish ambitious objectives and propel performance to surpass goals for new facility partnerships and revenue growth, contributing to our collective success.
Collaborative Implementation: Work closely with clinical and operational teams to guarantee the smooth initiation of services and promote a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Thorough Record Keeping: Keep meticulous records of all sales activities and client interactions, ensuring transparency and enabling a data-driven strategy.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
Experience: 2-3 years of verified experience in healthcare business development, sales, or as a clinical liaison.
Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, capable of effectively engaging with various audiences.
Travel Requirements:
- Willingness to travel locally 4-5 days a week is a must, as well as willingness to visit key facilities and build relationships firsthand.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary $70,000- 85,000 plus quarterly bonus
