Position Summary:
In this position, the Director of Business Development will be responsible for business development, including recommending ways to improve operations, planning, attending client meetings and notifying management of key developments. To be successful in this role you should persuasive and have a strong business acumen.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Build relationships and execute case management agreements with physicians for the referral of patients.
Produce presentations, reports, information memorandums, etc. for management on an as needed basis.
Identify new business opportunities to enhance IMG’s footprint within the community.
Build internal and external relationships to help develop and strengthen current contacts.
Work closely with senior leadership to drive and implement company strategy and long-range planning based on company vision.
Analyze and evaluate current contacts to determine continued success.
Comply with the company policies, code of ethics, and guiding principles at all times.
Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Computer Equipment & Software Skill Requirements:
Full knowledge of Windows Office Suite; particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree Business Administration, or in a related field
5-10 years of proven experience in business development
Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
The ability to influence and work successfully with varied audiences
Ability to travel as required - a minimum of 50% of the time
Preferred Requirements:
Master of Science degree in Business Administration, or in a related field
7-10 years of proven experience in business development
