Responsibilities:
- Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met
- Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client’s needs are met
- Entice customers to use our services again by following up via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication after initial purchase
- Maintain the customer database with updated information on past, current, and potential clients
- Close deals that achieve the best deal possible by upselling
- Qualify all incoming and transferred leads
- Develop new business opportunities
- Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline
- Speak with prospective clients and explain our services and fees
- Create and maintain a database of prospective clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
- Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
- Collect documentation, review, and prepare information for new prospects and clients
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills
- 1+ year of sales experience converting qualified opportunities in a sales representative position
- Understands the sales process and how to use CRM software
- High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- MS Office experience required
- Able to work 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
