We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and tech-savvy Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team and drive our sales efforts.
Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and aggressive Business Development Representative with a hacker mindset to identify, reach out to, and engage potential clients in the home health and hospice sector. This role involves working from home with some travel to conferences and networking events. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, able to write well, and have experience in the home health and hospice industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
- Outreach: Conduct outreach to prospects using tools like Mailchimp and other CRM systems.
- Sales Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present Hoolime’s solutions effectively.
- Networking: Attend conferences and industry events to build relationships and expand our client base.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to tailor sales approaches.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for reaching sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the home health and hospice industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and other sales technologies.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, aggressive, and resilient with a hacker mindset.
- Writing Ability: Strong writing skills for crafting compelling outreach messages and sales proposals.
- Travel: Willingness to travel for conferences and networking events as needed.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with home health and hospice services in the US.
- Past Experience: Previous experience working at a company that sells to home health and hospice agencies.
- Location: Preferably based in the US, but open to global candidates with the right experience.
