Job Duties Include:

• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relations
• Assist customers with flooring choices, sample sign outs and accurate information
• Schedule measures and follow-up with quotes
• Manage sales process from start to finish, to ensure customer satisfaction
• Co-ordinate and communicate with administration, operations and installers and customers to ensure no detail is missed
• Work with Project Managers on project timelines, processing of change orders, monitoring of on-site progress, passing along of any deficiency reviews and processing of invoicing.
• Product Knowledge and willing to continually learn about new products
• Obtain drawings, review specifications and get any clarifications required.
• CRM Management, use different platforms to seek out new sales opportunities

We Require:

• Minimum 3 years flooring experience, willing to train the right candidate
• Professional customer service focus, positive attitude with attention to detail
• Good computer skills and willing to learn new platforms
• Effective communication skills, ability to read, write and speak fluent English
• Vinyl Plank, Engineered Hardwood, Carpet a must, Laminate and Lino an asset.
• Ability to work independently and also as a team
• A demonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity and sound judgment in conducting business transactions, to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
