ANDON Specialties is a national leading manufacturer's representative/distributor of process automation, analytical, and fluid handling solutions. We are currently searching for an Outside Sales Representative to join our TEAM in Minneapolis/St. Paul MN. Applicants will need to live in the area.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Create customer-focused solutions
- Lead sales and account development activities within assigned accounts
- Assist customers with technical questions related to product performance, application, and reliability
- Actively use CRM to manage assigned accounts and communicate on-going sales activity
- Develop and nurture customer relationships
- Qualify prospects within assigned sales territory and build a consistent pipeline to achieve sales objectives to expand the business
HOW TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE?
- Bachelor degree preferred
- 2-5 years previous sales experience, preferred industries: petrochemical, oil & gas, life sciences and/or semiconductor
- Sales acumen

LOCATION: This position will cover the greater Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Travel will be in the assigned territory.
