Responsibilities

Leverage your book of business and initiate outreach to generate sales leads.
Identify, build, and maintain strong client relationships through travel and in-person meetings.
Promote and sell our services using well-crafted arguments to both new and existing clients.
Conduct detailed needs analyses to align our offerings with customer goals.
Resolve any customer issues quickly, ensuring complete satisfaction.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (biotechnology, life sciences, business, etc.), advanced degree preferred.
5 years of proven experience in sales within the biotech or cannabis industry.
Strong understanding of the cannabis market, regulations, and industry dynamics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
