Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Roofing and Solar Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has a strong desire to succeed.

We are a roofing and solar company with a strong track record and excellent reviews. This new role will be a sales and sales manager role with profit sharing and bonuses on top of an excellent top level commission structure.

Duties:
- Identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs
- Develop sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts

Skills:
- Proven experience in sales or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service

We provide job training and a very rewarding commission structure as well as profit sharing.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Compensation package:

  • Commission pay

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
