We are looking for our next A-Team member to join our growing customer relations team. You will work directly with customers to deliver outstanding customer service and help guide orders from an idea to a delivered product. You will have the opportunity to directly impact our customers. We jump for new ideas and are always thrilled about a shakeup of processes for the better!

Role Facts:

As part of this role, you will participate in a rotational program aimed at deepening your understanding of sales and the logistics industry. You will engage in various facets of the business, including customer service support, carrier representative support, lead generations and inside sales.

Our team is the soul of AmeriLux. You will have the opportunity to directly impact our customers and watch the excitement form as they find a product they love. We jump for new ideas and are always thrilled about a shakeup of processes for the better!

  • Rotation 1: Customer Service Support- Learning the fundamentals of service logistics provided to customers. Understanding systems for shipment building, load tracking, appointment scheduling and general shipment management. Engaging in service reporting and customer interactions.

  • Rotation 2&3: Carrier Representative Support- Understanding the role of carrier customers and their value to the organization. Participating in discussions with carriers to offer and negotiate rates. Assisting with Amerilux customers and identifying new freight opportunities. Working towards gaining knowledge of market trends, service issues and industry insights.

  • Rotation 4&5: Lead Generation- Transition to the customer side of the Amerilux team. Familiarizing with customer relationship management and sales pipeline activities. Identifying and reaching out to potential customers via email and phone. Supporting the sales team in load creation, tracking, billing, and other miscellaneous.

  • Rotation 6: Inside Sales Representative-Daily focus of as an inside sales representative. Building and managing a customer portfolio while ensuring the best overall customer experience. Performance based role with monthly uncapped potential.
