You might not have a background in jewelry, or jewelry sales. But we don’t care about that. We can teach you all about jewelry! That’s not the problem...

The problem is: we can’t teach someone to have humility and kindness in the workplace.

We cannot train someone to have a servant’s heart toward the customer they are serving.

You cannot give someone the ability to relate to people from all walks of life and treat everyone equally, as an important guest.

We need someone who brings THOSE qualities with them to the job interview.

EDUCATION:

You don’t need to be able to do calculus and speak French. But you must be willing and able to learn and adapt to your new job.

ATTITUDE:

Like we said, you can’t teach the right attitude. You’ve either got it, or you don’t.

Most of the people who work here have been here for several years. This is not a place with a lot of turnover. That should tell you something. This is truly an amazing job for the right person.
